The following tariff applies for UK Mainland orders only. Please note we may have to contact you if you live abroad.

Jewellery

A flat rate of £1 is applied to each order and then each item of jewellery attracts a £1 charge.

For example, two items of jewellery will cost:

£1 – Base charge
£1 – Item 1
£1 – Item 2
-
£3 – Total

Each piece of jewellery will come in a gift box, sealed in a jiffy bag with your invoice. Please contact us if you would like us to send it with a special message to a loved one, without the invoice included.

Other Items

The £1 Base fee still applies to other items but the per unit shipping cost is as displayed below:

• £10 – Large items eg plates
• £5 – Other glass items eg coasters, light catchers

Plates and other large items, will be despatched in a sealed cardboard box, with packing material, to ensure your glass arrives in one piece.

General Shipping information

Orders will normally be dispatched within three working days by Royal Mail 1st class post.  Orders may be sent by recorded delivery if wished but will attract further costs. If you wish to use recorded delivery please indicate in the paypal notes field.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment is cleared into our Paypal account. If you will be using Paypal Personal Cheque service then please be aware this could delay dispatch by up to 14 working days.
